Spacious and Comfortable Rooms: The guestrooms at this charming bed and breakfast were like a cozy oasis amidst our bustling adventures. With plush bedding and a well-stocked wet bar, it felt like we were staying in our own little luxury hideaway.

The hotel had a fancy terrace and the rooms had balconies. Free WiFi was a plus, because I can't survive without it in this modern age. The Italian breakfast was quite delightful, although it could have been bigger.

Oh, but I was so disappointed! They didn't serve coffee!

It was a lovely base for our very nice stay. The room we booked was reasonably spacious and quiet. Excellant and wonderful location for visiting cafés and bars close to the hotel...

The location of this BnB is perfect, right next to the palace and within easy walking distance from the train station. The host, Valentina, was incredibly helpful and kind, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room was immaculate, with a great TV and complimentary tea and coffee. The breakfast at a nearby cafe was a real treat with fresh squeezed orange juice.

Perfect very central location not far from the very city centre, the center and Reggia, and stores and restaurants. The rooms where extremely spacious and fairly quiet and had a microwave, an electric kettle, and kitchenware❤😃

We loved everything about our stay! The owner, Sig.ra Valentina, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The hotel is impeccably clean and comfortable, with spacious rooms and a large, comfortable bed. The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the entrance of the Royal Palace and right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily explore the city on foot, with numerous restaurants nearby. The hotel also offers discounted parking just 200 meters away.

The host, Valentyna, was incredibly helpful and quick to assist with our requests. The cleanliness of the room exceeded our expectations, with white sheets and bedding. Breakfast at a nearby café was delightful. We look forward to returning in the future.

I was happy, the a double room I booked came with modern decor and all the amenities, as for instance. The location was particularly good and excellent - close to cafés and bars. Area around had lots of choice for meals and drinks, bars and restaurants.

This bnb was absolutely AMAZING! It was super clean and perfectly located near shops and restaurants. The Italian woman who helped us with everything was mind-blowingly attentive and helpful. She even helped us with our luggage and arranged transportation for us. The flexibility with check-out time was a jaw-dropping bonus for our family with small children. The nearby cafe for breakfast was delicious and the perfect start to our day. The location, beds, and amenities were all top-notch. It couldn't have been better!

Stayed here for 1 night with my small children, had a very nice stay. The staff helped me with baggage. Nothing too much trouble, I really enjoyed the place.

royal gardens truly surpassed my expectations during our romantic getaway in caserta. everything from the location next to the palace to the immaculate room and great breakfast made our stay unforgettable. valentina's hospitality and helpfulness were outstanding.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the heart of the city and very close to the royal palace. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with large beds and noise-reducing windows for a good night's sleep. The bathroom is kept immaculately clean and offers all the amenities you would expect from a top-class B&B. The breakfast, served at a nearby bar, is delightful and offers a great start to the day.

The parking facilities at the hotel could be improved, as guests have to park 200 meters away at a discounted price.
